Hi, I am a professional photographer, going into my 8th year, in business, located in the beautiful foothills of Alta Loma, Southern California. I love the history of photography, the camera, the "greats" who paved the path, and I often remind myself that I am just a speck of sand in a sea of talent! Everytime I go out and shoot, I want to do my best and try new things, new places or see the same place in a unique way. Wedding photography is amazing, although I'm "boutiquey" with them, only shooting a maximum of a few per month. Weddings are serious business and I want to give them my full attention and creativity. I also love industry headshots and high school seniors and would like to consider these areas my specialty. I volunteer, every year on specific projects, and find it not only rewarding, but freeing. It's an amazing way to continue to grow as a photographer. "Life and families" are important to me and this type of photojournalistic coverage is something I'd like to continue to explore also, whether at home or on missions in the future. I hope my blog is a fun place where you can keep up with my professional and personal life. Comments and feedback are really appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this and view my work :)

::: HEADSHOTS FOR THE GORGEOUS LAUREN :::

My house has been full of family, noise, food and laughter and I've really been enjoying it :) Inbetween, I've been keeping up with some headshot work (which I LOVE) and taking life a bit more easy these days. Lauren is just a beautiful young woman who has found her passion for theater, in this last year and has been fortunate enough (and talented enough!) to land two musicals. In "Rent," at The Grove of Upland, she was in ensemble, with several small roles and came out of that on such a high, she went right over to the Lewis Family Playhouse and auditioned for "Grease" and landed one of the main characters, "Marty." She is now busy with "Anything Goes," at the Haugh Performing Arts Center, Citrus College, and auditioning and sharpening some musical theater skills. Lauren thinks she might just make a big move to the Big Apple in the fall and I hope she does so I can, once again, "live vicariously" through another young person living in New York City!! It was great working with you Lauren and catching up with you after :) God Bless you Lauren in all you do and remember what we talked about. Keep pushing, keep going, keep studying and stay focused... no matter what you do in life. ox
